Rotary Forum Youth Žilina · 4–7 March 2027
It's the right time.
Asking the questions is no longer enough. In March, 35 young people from across the Rotary family meet in Žilina to look for answers in seven committees and write them into the Rotary Forum Declaration, a call to action for clubs worldwide.

Seven questions. Seven committees.
Every “why” in the video belongs to one of Rotary’s seven Areas of Focus. At the forum, your committee turns it into a concrete call to action for clubs.
Why are kids still running from war?
Why are children still getting polio when we have a vaccine?
Why do one in four people in the world still lack clean drinking water?
Why are mothers still dying in childbirth when we can prevent it?
Why are so many kids not in school?
Why do young people have to leave?
Why are we waiting for everything to burn?
It's the right time.
All committeesWhat is Rotary Forum Youth
Rotary Forum Youth Žilina is an annual international youth forum organised by Rotary Club Žilina International within Rotary District 2240. Over four days in Žilina and its surroundings, young people from Interact, Rotaract, RYLA and Youth Exchange backgrounds work as a parliamentary-style assembly. Thirty-five delegates form seven committees, one for each Rotary Area of Focus, and a five-member secretariat coordinates the plenary sessions, drafting and final adoption.
The forum exists to give young people a structured, documented voice in how Rotary clubs plan their work with youth. Its central output, the Rotary Forum Declaration, is not a list of complaints. It is a partnership manifesto of concrete, measurable calls to action that clubs can adopt and that delegates commit to help deliver. The forum is hosted by District 2240 (Slovakia & Czech Republic) but open to delegates from any Rotary club in the world.
