Committees
The forum works through seven committees, each focused on one Rotary Area of Focus, with five delegates per committee. Before the forum, delegates receive a background guide for their committee and prepare. On site, each committee drafts its section of the Declaration: the challenges young people face in that area, the calls to action for clubs, and the matching youth commitment.
