Official opening ceremony
Speeches: President of RC Žilina International, District Governor D2240, Forum Chair. Symbolic opening with the gavel.
Opening keynote
International guest (Rotary International / Rotary Peace Fellow) — The Voice of Youth in Rotary.
Welcome dinner & ice-breaker activities
Introduction of the 7 committees and their chair-facilitators; first informal committee gathering at shared tables.
The programme is a draft subject to confirmation of bookings (Hotel Holiday Inn Žilina, Spa Aphrodite, group tour of Budatín Castle outside peak season).
