Secretariat
The five-member secretariat runs the forum and safeguards the integrity of the process:

Forum Chair
chairs plenary sessions, leads the vote on the Declaration, represents the forum

Deputy Chair
supports the Chair, coordinates between committees, handles procedural questions

Secretary General
administrative lead: delegate records, minutes, document distribution

Rapporteur for the Declaration
owns the collection, synthesis and editing of the Declaration text
5
Rapporteur for Proceedings
documents the sessions, prepares the final report and press materials
